If you created a Tubi account using the Apple ID login option, you may have chosen the "Hide My Email" option. If you did this, you will need to use the privatized relay email address that was generated for you if you want to add/reset a password for the account, or if you want to log in using an email address and password in the future.
You can find this privatized email address in two ways, through your device's settings or through the Tubi app.
Find your relay email address through your iOS device's settings:
On your iOS device, go to Settings -> name -> Password & Security -> Apps Using Apple Id -> Tubi App
Here, you'll see your privatized relay email address under "This App Received"
Find your relay email address within the Tubi app:
- Open the Tubi app on your iOS device and log in using the Apple ID login option.
- Tap on the Account tab (lower right tab on your app screen). You should see "Hello (your name) via Apple" if you are logged in via Apple ID (and your email address was hidden).
- Tap on Contact Tubi Support.
- Your privatized relay email address will be visible in the email blank. Please make note of this address. This is how we see you in our database, so if you want to reset your password or sign into this account using email/password instead of Apple ID login, you will need to enter this email address.
