When reporting an issue on your device, it is always helpful for our engineers to know your Device ID. Here's how to find it!
Android (Mobile)
- Start at the Tubi home screen, then tap the 'Account' icon on the bottom-right corner of your screen.
- Your device ID is located towards the bottom of the screen, directly above where it says 'Privacy Policy'. Take a screenshot of this page and send it over to tubitv.com/support along with a short description of the problem you may be experiencing and we'll assist you ASAP!
iPhone/iPad (Mobile)
- Whether or not you have a Tubi account created, open the app and tap the 'Account' button on the bottom-right corner of the homepage.
- You will find your device ID located towards the bottom of the screen. Take a screenshot of this page and send it over to tubitv.com/support along with a short description of the problem you be experiencing!
Web
- Scroll to the very bottom of the Tubi website. It may be easier to first click into a movie or TV series details page, otherwise, you could be scrolling for a while.
- At the bottom, in the footer, you will see small, gray text that says "Device ID" followed by a long string of characters. This is your device ID
- Please copy and paste this device ID into an email to tubitv.com/support along with the web browser you're using and a description of the issue you may be experiencing and we'll assist you ASAP!
Smart TV's, Media Streaming Player Devices, Game Consoles & Cable Providers
- Start at the Tubi home screen, then navigate to the left until you see a list of menu options. Click on the Settings icon towards the bottom of your screen.
- In settings, navigate to the About icon, and underneath "Need Help?" you will find your device ID.
- Snap a picture of the above-mentioned screen and send it over to tubitv.com/support, along with a short description of the problem you may be experiencing and we'll assist you ASAP!
