How do I sign up and log into my Tubi account on my device?

You can register or sign in to your account on any device where the Tubi app is available!  Please follow the steps below, based on the type of device you are using.

How to Register/Log in on the Web at tubitv.com:

1. Click on the Register button at the top-right corner of your screen.  If you already have an existing Tubi account, select Sign-in, located to the right of Register.
2.  Choose to Register via Facebook, Google, or Register via email.
3. Fill out all of the fields that pop up and click on Register at the bottom.

You will then receive a welcome email confirming your registration is complete!  Please be sure to verify your email address by clicking the link in your welcome email.

How to Register/Log in on your Mobile Device:

Whether you own an Android or iOS mobile device, please follow the steps below:

1. First, ensure the Tubi app is downloaded to your device.  You can find the app in the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
2. Once downloaded, open the Tubi app.
3. From the Tubi homepage, tap the "My Stuff" icon on the bottom-right corner of the screen. Then tap the "Unlock Now" button.  
4. After selecting "Unlock Now", Select your desired method for registering: via Google, Facebook, Apple, or Email. If you already have an account, please select "Sign-In", located towards the bottom of the screen.                                                                    
5. If you tapped on Register via Email: enter your Name, Birthday, Gender, Email, and Password.  Please note that the password must be at least 6 characters. Once the form is filled out tap on the Register button and you'll be all set!

How to Register/Log in on your OTT or Media Streaming Device:

These types of devices include most Smart TVs, Amazon Fire TVs, Roku devices, and video game consoles.

1. First, ensure the Tubi app is installed on your device.  You can find the app in most TV app stores, or it may be pre-downloaded on your device if you are using a Vizio or Samsung Smart TV!
2. Launch the Tubi app
3. Press the left directional key on your remote/controller to bring up the left navigation column, then select Sign In at the top of the column.
4. Depending on the specific Smart TV/device you are using, you may have various options for signing in or registering.  These options may include:
   1. • Sign in with a link sent to your email
      • Sign in with a web browser, using the activation code
      • Sign in using the Tubi app on your mobile device
5. Please follow the instructions for one of the options above, and you should be all set!
