We recommend testing the connection directly on the PlayStation 3 using their built-in network connection test. This can help identify issues with wireless interference or other device-specific network issues.
- From the PlayStation's main menu (XMB), go to Settings > Network Settings > Internet Connection Test
If the results of this test match up with our requirements, then here are some additional, device-specific steps for your PlayStation 3 that may help:
- Close the app and re-open it: While in the Tubi app or highlighting the Tubi app on the menu, press the PS home button on your controller for 5 seconds, then select "Quit". Now highlight the Tubi app and press the X button to open it.
- Delete the Tubi application: Highlight the application, press the triangle button and select Delete. Then re-download the app from the PlayStation Store.
