When I try to watch Tubi TV on my Roku, I get the error message “HDCP unauthorized. Content Disabled.”

When you see this error message on your screen, it is typically a problem due to the connection of your HDMI cable. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

  1. Restart your Roku by unplugging and plugging it back in from both the outlet and the TV.
  2. Disconnect and reconnect the HDMI cable at the TV and Roku. You can even try reversing the ends or trying a different HDMI cable.You can also try another HDMI port on your TV.
  3. Open Tubi TV.


You should now be able to watch Tubi TV!
