If you’re having trouble watching videos on Tubi, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve your issue.
- Make sure you have the latest version of your browser.
- Refresh your browser by clicking on the arrow on the top of your browser making a clockwise turn.
- Try opening an Incognito/Private Window via the File tab at the top of your screen.
- Try lowering the bit-rate of the video stream:
- Go to www.tubi.tv.
- Select and Play a video.
- Hover over the video playback screen so the video controls appear at the bottom.
- Click on the "SD" or "HD" button on the bottom right. We display "SD" when no HD is available or you've set the bit-rate to "SD".
- Click on the lowest bit rate option.
- Try clearing your cookies, cached images and files, and browsing history from your web browser.
- Google Chrome
- Go to the "History" tab.
- Click on "Show Full History".
- Click on "Clear Browsing Data".
- Select Browsing history, download history, cookies and other site and plug-in data, cached images and files.
- From the "Obliterate the following items" drop-down menu, select from "the beginning of time" if you want to delete your entire cache.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
- Firefox
- From the History tab, select "Clear Recent History".
- From the "Time range to clear:" drop down menu, select "Everything" to clear your entire cache.
- Next to "Details", select all items to clear your entire cache.
- Click "Clear Now".
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
- Internet Explorer 11
- Select "Tools" (via the Gear Icon).
- Click on "Safety".
- Click on "Delete browsing history…"
- Deselect "Preserve Favorites website data," and select:
- "Temporary Internet files" or "Temporary Internet files and website files"
- "Cookies" or "Cookies and website data"
- "History"
- Click "Delete". You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the window when the process is complete.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
- Safari 8 or later
- From the "Safari" tab, select "Clear History".
- Select the desired time range, and then click "Clear History."
- Go to the "Safari" tab and click "Quit Safari" then re-open the browser.
- Google Chrome
- You can also try restarting your computer.
