Movies and TV shows won't play when I try watching Tubi TV on my computer.

If you’re having trouble watching videos on Tubi TV, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve your issue.

  • Make sure you have the latest version of your browser.
  • Refresh your browser by clicking on the arrow on the top of your browser making a clockwise turn.
  • Try opening an Incognito/Private Window via the File tab at the top of your screen.
  • Try lowering the resolution of the video by changing the bandwidth. You can do this by following the steps below:
    1. Play a video.
    2. Place the cursor over the video that is playing.
    3. Click on the "HD" button on the bottom right corner.
    4. Tap on the lowest bit rate option (bottom option).
  • Try clearing your cookies, cached images and files, and browsing history from your web browser.
    • Google Chrome
      • Go to the "History" tab.
      • Click on "Show Full History".
      • Click on "Clear Browsing Data".
      • Select Browsing history, download history, cookies and other site and plug-in data, cached images and files.
      • From the "Obliterate the following items" drop-down menu, select from "the beginning of time" if you want to delete your entire cache.
      • Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
    • Firefox
      • From the History tab, select "Clear Recent History".
      • From the "Time range to clear:" drop down menu, select "Everything" to clear your entire cache.
      • Next to "Details", select all items to clear your entire cache.
      • Click "Clear Now".
      • Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
    • Internet Explorer 9 and higher
      • Select "Tools" (via the Gear Icon).
      • Click on "Safety".
      • Click on "Delete browsing history…"
      • Deselect "Preserve Favorites website data," and select:
        • "Temporary Internet files" or "Temporary Internet files and website files"
        • "Cookies" or "Cookies and website data"
        • "History"
      • Click "Delete". You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the window when the process is complete.
      • Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
    • Safari 8 & 9
      • From the "Safari" tab, select "Clear History".
      • Select the desired time range, and then click "Clear History."
      • Go to the "Safari" tab and click "Quit Safari" then re-open the browser.
    • Safari 7 & below
      • From the "Safari" tab, select "Reset Safari…"
      • Select the items you want to reset, and then click "Reset". "Remove all website data" includes both cookies and cache.
      • Go to the "Safari" tab and click "Quit Safari" then re-open the browser.
  • You can also try restarting your computer.
