My Tubi app disappeared.

If you used to have the Tubi app on your Sony Smart TV or blu-ray disc and it is no longer available, please follow the steps below.

1. Make sure your Sony Smart TV or Blu-ray disc device is on this list: Supported Sony Smart TVs and Blu-ray discs.

2. If your Sony device is on the supported list, please try looking for Tubi in the Sony Select app under the Media and Video category. The Sony Select app should appear on your TV's Home screen. If it is not there, you must enable the Sony Featured apps row from Settings.

How to enable the Featured apps:

1 – Turn ON your SONY BRAVIA TV.
2 – Use the remote control and navigate to “Settings”.
3 – Navigate to “Apps”.
4 – Navigate to “System Apps”.
5 – Navigate to “Sony Shelf”.
6 – Navigate to “Notifications”.
7 – Switch to “ON”.
8 – Restart your TV.

How to restart your TV:

- Hold the power button on your TV remote for 10 seconds to restart your TV.

Now the Tubi app should be displayed in the Sony Featured apps row.

If you still cannot find Tubi on your Sony app, please make sure your system software is up to date:

How to update system software on Sony Smart TV:

1. Press the Home button on your remote.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and select Settings.
3. Scroll down and select About.
4. Select System software update.
5. Select Check for a system software update.

How to update system software on a Sony Blu-Ray disc.

1. On your remote control, press the HOME button.
2. Use the arrow keys on your remote control to select Setup.
3. Select Software Update.

If you have tried everything above and it has all failed, please try doing a Factory Reset followed by a firmware update.

WARNING: Please be aware that by doing a Factory Reset you will lose all of your installed apps and all of your data, but you will still have the default apps that came with your Sony TV.

How to perform a Factory Reset on my Sony TV?

1. Press the Home button on your remote.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and select Settings.
3. Select Storage & reset.
4. Select Factory data reset.

After doing a Factory Reset, please try updating your firmware. You can do this by following the steps below:

1. Press the Home button on your remote.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and select Settings.
3. Scroll down and select About.
4. Select System software update.
5. Select Check for a system software update.
