- Check your trash or junk folder in your email account.
If the email is not in your spam or junk folders, please add "support@reset-mail.tubi.tv" to your safe senders list and request a new email to reset your password.
Some email providers may take some extra time to deliver the reset password email, up to a couple of hours. If the issue persists, please contact us and let us know which email address you used.
